The Team Charlotte Mission: Since its inception in 2001, StickWithUs.org travel lacrosse programs have been dedicated to offering area lacrosse players the opportunity to travel and play in regional and National tournaments, with the goal of attaining State and National respect among our participants, our region, and their schools.

The Team Charlotte Approach: We are a reality-based program with one simple goal for the player: Make you a better lacrosse player. While we will assist you and your family through the college recruiting process we don’t promise college scholarships or the chance to play for the college of your dreams.  We promise only one thing: That you will be a better team player as a result of your association with Team Charlotte.

The Team Charlotte Formula: A Team Charlotte member will be given the chance to develop their skills in a safe, positive and fair environment versus the highest possible competition. We believe that the most effective way for any athlete to improve their skills is to play and practice against the best in their sport. We seek athletes with above average ability that are committed to improving, and have a great attitude.

The Team Charlotte Coaches: Our staff is comprised of local college coaches and some of the best current Charlotte high school coaches. We are local, active coaches, and proud of it!
